Packed weight = 01.60kg. PLEASE do NOT order through abe before contacting us direct, as the standard abe postage rates do NOT apply. Various Bound volumes of the Locomotive magazine in the period 1899 to 1926. Generally these are in publisher's cloth with indices and coloured and other plates. Please send us your wants list and we will report back. There are a few in the early period that are in worn half leather bindings and these measure 7" 8 10 ½". Prices vary from twenty five to fifty pounds per volume plus postage. The prices depend on plates present, scarcity, bindings and condition. We have a number of the rare wartime volumes. The internal condition of the volumes is largely very good condition and better. The plates have been checked. The bindings are on the whole sound although some of the cloth spines are a bit brittle and have some chipping. Generally the plates are in very good condition and better. One or two are quality replacement copies but these will be identified and reflected in the price. We hope eventually to list these individually when time permits. Please note that these are very heavy volumes and that they will be expensive to send overseas so if this is a problem please source locally within your country. We would prefer these books to be paid for by cheque as we only have a very small margin to cover our costs.
