The book contains 'the principal order of plants? that the South Kensington Authorities have determined to issue the plates and accompanying text in this more accessible form.' Internally the book is generally very clean with any foxing mostly confined to the first few and last few pages.. The plates are generally in excellent and bright condition with only a few marks. The cloth boards are generally clean and bright with bright gold lettering and illustrations. Some light bumping to head and foot of spine. Buying more than one book will save on postage costs.
