New edition third impression of 1901 in maroon textured cloth in very good condition overall. Internally excellent. Generally very clean. These volumes normally suffer from extensive foxing and this is very unusually bright and clean throughout. No inscriptions and bright end papers. Some interesting b\w photographs. Sound binding. Has been proffesioanlly recased with the original boards plus original spine laid down. The spine is a litlle faded but all gold lettering and decoration is clear and in generally very good condition. 301pp. Overall a very nice copy. A really nice copy of this classic work.Buying more than one book will save on postage costs. We have split our books into 70 + categories.
