A very rare example of this type of book. There are many black and white photographs and a few magnificent colour plates copied from watercolours. The book condition is very good, with only very slight foxing on a couple of pages. The outer cover as survived remarkably well, considering its age as a paperback. The spine is warn, and slightly chipped at the top. However, the rest of the cover is in good condition.
