Railways Pictorial Vol 2 and vol 3 plus 2 issues of Model Railway Pictorial No1 Aug 1950 and No 2 Nov-Dec 1950. Index for vol 3 with two plates and title page. Starts with Vol2 no6 for dec 1949 and Jan 1950, then volume 3 Feb 1950 no 7 (new series( up to and including no16/17 for Nov Dec 1950. 10 issues in all with one from Vol 2 and 9 from Vol 3. In red brown contemporary cloth with Railway Pictorial on the spine. Very good boards and gold lettering on the spine. Tight sound binding. Internally generally excellent with pages printed on art paper. The card covers are not bound in. I am not aware of any copies of vol 2/3 having covers bound in although I have seen vols 4 onwards. The fairly heavy card used for the early issues maybe the reason. Do e-mail me if you find any with covers bound in. I have seen blue bindings for the first three volumes but not beyond volume three.
