This magnificent example of the absolute heyday of Hornby trains includes beautiful coloured pictures of the newly introduced Princess Elizabeth locomotive plus Eton, Royal Scott and Golden Arrow. 58 pages code 7/837/117/U.K. In very good condition overall. Front and back covers are in very good condition and are generally clean and bright without any fading and are without the usual edge creases - see photograph on our website. A really lovely front cover. There is one small section missing at the top RH corner (1/2" triangle and no loss to text) of the back cover adjacent to the spine at the top, a very small chip alongside the staple position and 2 relatively small closed tears have been carefully repaired - all relating to the back cover. There are signs that the spine has previously been repaired by archival tape (NOT shiny sell tape!). In virtually as new condition internally without any signs that I have located of any ticks or user marks.. None of the corners have been creased over. See illustration.
