Description / Information:
This book is in very good condition. The fairly rare first edition of May 1940. The pink cloth boards are bright and clean with no bumping to corners. The pink of the spine slightly faded but not effecting the lettering. Map endpapers and opening and closing few pages with some fairly light foxing. Internally occasional light foxing. Otherwise excellent clean and bright with crisp corners to the pages. Brian Cook dustwrapper with the front and rear remarkably bright and clean. Price clipped. Some wear and browning to spine not effecting the wording. Dustwraper in protective sleeve. Some excellent photos. A well above average copy of this first edition.
