Description / Information:
Published in 1835 this is Vol 4 (Jan 3rd no177 to Dec 26 No239). Well illustrated. Contents are excellent and generally clean and bright. Many fascinating articles. There are 2 on collieries with some lovely illustrations. Excellent blue marbled end papers. The binding is sound and tight. The edges of the leather is worn but NOT split. There is gold decoration and raised bands on the spine. The head and foot of the spine are worn but NOT split. The leather corners of the boards are worn. Buying more than one book will save on postage costs. We have split our books into 70 + categories.
