This description is to be read in conjunction with these photographs. A four volume set in excellent condition overall. Bright and clean with very little foxing or marking internally in all volumes. 1st series is gold edged and has new bright and clean new boards and new leather spine in excellent condition overall. Bright gold and excellent red nameplates. 1st series has all edge gold and deep plum red endpapers. Marbled edges and endpapers to the 2nd, third and 4th series. These have original decorated embossed cloth boards. Volume 1 has 36 fantastic colour plates of birds and 4 of egg collecting. Volume 2 has 36 coloured plates of birds and one of egg collecting. Volume 3 has 36 coloured plates of birds and a number of coloured plates of eggs. Volume 4 has 36 coloured plates of birds and a number of coloured plates of eggs. Buying more than one book will save on postage costs. We have split our books into 70 + categories. This set weighs 3.5kg when packed - please enquire for cost of postage.
