Description / Information:
A first edition in very good condition overall. Inside is mostly clean with only a few marks. Colour title page + 17 plates in colour in fine, bright condition. Marvellous original endpapers. Contemporary full calf binding and refurbished spine re-laid on new leather. The spine is therefore very bright and in very good condition. Gold pattern around edge of boards is mostly bright with only one or two areas that have rubbed off. Bookplate ofRichard Pennyfather. Buying more than one book will save on postage costs.
