2 working copies. These books are described as working copies because of the boards and the end papers etc as mentioned below. However the maps and contents are lovely. For example the foldout panorama for La Chaine de Mont Blanc is in virtually as new condition. The South Eastern France is 1895 second edition and the Rhine is fourteenth revised edition dated 1900. . Mostly clean inside with fine maps - a small amount of tape has been used to repair in some places. In both volumes, the f.e.p. has become detached from the book. Boards are generally clean - some fading. 'Rhine' is missing its spine and has some edge damge to rear board. Buying more than one book will save on postage costs.
