Half title page followed by title page. Ouessant portrait d'une ile eternelle - Ushant portrait of an eternal island. Full page plate, pages 10 to 27 is the portrait with in text illustrations with a photograph of the artist, line drawings and a full page coloured plate. Followed by 51 full page plates. Some are in colour and some contain two images. These are mainly dated 1945 and 1946. Published 1984. Green cloth boards with double gold boxed edge decoration. Gold lettering on spine with gold bands top and bottom. Corners crisp. Bright clean condition. Clean green end papers and pastedowns with no inscriptions. Book virtually as new. Complete unclipped black dust wrapper without loss or tears. White lettering. Coloured picture both on the front and on the rear. A few minor signs of creasing. Overall excellent.
