The lovely miscellaneous lot includes 5 items.- The Irish mail and The Cornish Rivera in generally good to very good condition. These are the very attractive landscape format (15.5*8cm) 64 page booklets by Alan Anderson in the Famous Trains and their Routes set published by Brockhampton Press. (There are 8 in the Trains set). They are undated but around 1950. These booklets have evocative coloured card covers and are very well illustrated with photos and drawings plus route and gradient charts. . Both have lovely front covers. There is an excellent copy of the 30 page Famous Trains No 5 The South Wales Pullman by Ian Allan published late 1950's. There is the coloured reprint facsimile of the rare red gold and blue 'Coronation' leaflet of the London and North Eastern Railway July 1937 in virtually as new condition. Coronation the first streamlined train Kings Cross for Scotland of the London and North Eastern Railway. Applicable from Monday 5th July 1937. This is a very attractive well illustrated 10 page booklet in virtually as new condition. The last item is the 52 page green covered 6d guide and timetable (for 1947) for the Romney Hythe & Dymchurch Railway by Ian Allan in virtually as new condition. A lovely little lot.
