This description is to be read in conjunction with these photographs. Volume II only. No reference to edition number therefore assumed that this is a first in this format. Half title says "Bibliomania". Title is Bibliomania or book madness a bibliographical romance in six parts illustrated with cuts by Thomas Frognall Dibdin Vol II Printed for the Author and sold by Messrs Longman, Husrt, Rees, Orme and Brown Paternoster Row 1811. Comprises Part V The drawing Room pages 279 to 621 and then part VI The Alcove pages 622 to 746. Supplement page 747with 5 notes is followed by Indices Chronological, Bibliographical and General pages 748 to782. Book concludes with single errata sheet. A few lovely woodcuts within text. The scenes on pages 290, decorative binding on page 330 and the house on page 725 are particularly attractive. Contents excellent, crisp and clean with some woodcut illustrations. Some light offsetting from woodcuts to text and not the reverse. Ex library copy. Only marks in original text is the verso of the title page with a withdrawn mark. The book is in a modern red cloth binding with gold lettering on spine in virtually as new condition. Library marks on front pastedown and front free end paper only.
