Internally generally very clean and well illustrated with many pictures of country houses. Neat inscription on f.e.p.. Very good cloth spine and boards with one or two marks - some corners and edges are worn. Spine a little dulled. There is a little hole on f.e.p. and pre title but no loss to text.
